... get into any nit with my rank with state counselling. my sr is 3100 and air is 79000 in btech and in barch sr is 264 and air is 6444. plz inform me about the procedure involved too. i fall in open category. plz reply.

I don't completely understand all your bullshit about barch sr 264m and air 6444......spreichein sein english? Are you trying to apply for MIT or something?  Rephrase your question in terms someone can understand.
