I would like to know what all do u have to think over if u want to set up a college radio ??? plss help?

This is a question best posed to someone who is actually doing it, as there's way to much to cover in a forum like YA. There are many excellent college radio stations. Many of the program directors would probably be willing to chat with you about this. I would think a phone call or snail mail on your college letterhead (stationary) to begin with. Find one who's willing to help, then you can move on to email.

Put "college radio" (without the quotes) in your favorite search engine (or the name of a specific college that you know of) and start calling or writing. WERS, the station at Emerson College in Boston is excellent. Emerson is the premiere media college in the US.

I would add that you should be serious about this project as time is valuable. That's why I mention using your college letterhead, so the recipient knows this is an official request from a fellow student at a legitimate school.
