With valid documentation, you can get SSI.  They probably will not pay for college, also.  

Call you local social security office for an app and find a lawyer for your appeal, while you are waiting for the determination ( which is usually no, the first time around).  Good luck!

As for schooling, based on income (if you are eligible for SSI), you may be eligible for grants. You may also be eligible for grants/scholarships due to your disability.

Are you worried about accomodations for your studies in college? Many universities have offices specialized for students just like yourself who will need different accomodations.
