No, Metro-North Stations are only at Melrose, Tremont, Fordham, Botanical Garden, Williams Bridge and Woodlawn on Harlem Line and New Haven Line inbound drop off/outbound pickup at Fordham.

Hudson Line only stop at Morris Heights, University Heights, Marble Hills, Spuyten Duyvill, Riverdale stations only.

Where are going on Metro-North?

You have to take mass transit to get to closest Metro-North station.

All Metro-North stations are far from Soundview neighborhood.

There are no Metro North stations near Commonwealth Avenue or Soundview. You would have to travel my train or bus to one of the stations he mentioned.

The closest Metro North station to Soundview or Commonwealth is Botanical Gardens (near the Bronx Zoo).

There's none nearby, but you can take public transportation to Fordham (22 bus), Gunhill (39 bus), or 233rd street and catch the metro north there.  I believe Fordham is closest from Soundview.
