I know 28501 is Kinston, NC

(absolutely does exist! Kinston, North Carolina, US)

and 28050 is an invalid # in the US

Well, posting this question in "Spain" the zip code is wrong. In Spain postcodes starting with 28XXX refers to Madrid province

28501 -> Doesn't exist

28050 -> Madrid (city)

28051 -> Madrid (city)...
