When you go into Subway to order your sub, a 6-inch or a 12-inch they say they are putting on 2 or 4 slices of cheese, no there not. Remember the slices are cut in half so now they are giving you 1 or 2 slice, just they cut in half, do we do that at home, no we don't if we did we then would call that half of a slice. Subway never says to me, Sir a 12-inch sub gets four halves; no, they do not say that what they do say is I will get four slices. Therefore, you Subway fans just remember the truth about how they rip you off. Thank you.

  1. I Love Subway, but I have to agree somewhat. As much as I love the sweet onion Chicken Terriyaki, it does get pricey. I mean one time I got 2 foot longs and came to $21.75, I was pretty mad considering there wasn't that much on the subs....for the same price actually lower, me and my BF ordered food from a Greek restaurant....2 burgers, 2 orders of French fries, 2 salads..and it came to $20.30, including delivery. and I did some research on the health aspect and our restaurant ordered food had the same amount of fat, calories etc.....And I have observed when they are making my subs, the cheese is cut in half and the veggies and meat aren't in big quantities and for the price its not worth it..only once in a while

  2. yeah, and have you noticed the bread keeps getting smaller?

  3. wow.... that was freakin SWEET! i eat at subway 6 days a week after the gym and that really annoys me that i have to ask 4 double cheese...uhh

  4. blimbies is much better

  5. just tell them you do not want cheese or bring your own. really are you going to complain about cheese??? life has worse problems...

  6. The prices are on the menu for you to see.  If you are not happy with what you get, it is pretty simple.  Don't eat out.  It is not like they are hiding the prices.

  7. i think you just have to accept that their slices are smaller (aka half the size of what you feel a slice should be)

accept it, ask for extra cheese, or eat elsewhere

  8. Not a gourmet restaurant... They can only be ripping you off by a few cents right? Why are you overreacting?

  9. ok, when you go to subway, it's not for how much food you

can get, but the fact that the veggies are fresh, they make

the sandwich for you, have a good amount of choices,

not very expensive, and your out of there fast, am I right, or

    am I right?

  10. i didn't get a fresh sandwich last time i went to subway... i haven't been there since

  11. i do

  12. you need to stop obsessing over little things that dont matter because it's not worth it. and not only that, i've worked in food service alot and picky people like you just make our job that much harder...get a life...or a hobby
