  1. Look for a French course (cd rom or cassette) at your local bookstore.  A book like "French at a Glance" full of ready made, but practical phrases can help too. The phrases are organized by category (e.g. at the hotel, at a restaurant, at the store, etc.). The course will teach you basic grammar and pronounciation and the phrase book will give you useful phrases.  Alliance Francaise can help too, but one difficulty ppl have had was that the entire course is in French with no explanation of grammatical rules in English.  Great for ppl who know some French, harder for ppl with no knowledge of French.  You will get the right pronounciation, however, as the teacher is usually a native speaker of French.

  2. check with "Alliance Francaise"...

  3. I'm sure there are n number of institutes teaching French in France. You could contact Alliance Francaise in Delhi for help on this.

  4. well im not french but if your going on a romantic holiday paris like a aniversery or valetines day.but ust 4 vacation french is also good 2(exept 4 the snails :()But 4 a holiday besies valentines day,go somewere else like the beach the the mexican beach.O U WANA LEARN IT 2!go in a french clas at school or go 2 the libary and check out books on how 2 learn french.i no a good libary but its 4 like odl peeps.cool tho.its like a old highschool 4 people 2 buy and check out book  at a highschool that person use 2 go 2 and can bring freinds.or children.fun place.on the left side AL THE WAY theres french and spanish book.enjoy!

  5. There are lots of language schools in france.

Check with the American University (if you are old enough), EF International lauguage schools is a top program (I used them for my daughter), or a web site called Shaw Guides which has tons of schools for many different things.

  6. u could learn French in India itself & then proceed to France for a holiday where u would be able to practice what u have learnt & have a wonderful vacation too.
