If your brazilian then you might not be used to the cold climate of Canada. i would try houston, texas. Its nice out here and the weather is amazing.

my uncle lives in brazil too! but anyways nanaimo british columbia is great there are a bunch of nice preschools elementary secondary schools ETC. and family life here is great it is nice and snowy in the winter and very sunny in the summer and we have alot of nice beaches and awesome spots here. if you look up on google what to do in nanaimo its awesome ! i hope you come here!

Well Canada is a nice place for family in General. If your looking for an area that is similar to that of Brazil at least temperature-wise you won't find much except for the far south western tip of British Columbia. Citizens get free health care as long as they have a health card, and the government is pretty nice considering some alternatives.

Personally there are other countries in the world that offer what Canada can and are also friendly to people of different Origins, even within the common wealth. Ie.

England, but getting a UK citizenship is more difficult then that of Canada.

Australia, there are over 190 different cultures in Australia at the moment, I'm not aware of the Portuguese or Brazilian population there but it would be the same in Canada.

Life in Canada is cold, conformist, and boring. I mean, these are the folks who brought us Brian Adams...  

If coming from Brazil, you may want to bring a few friends to liven the place up. Oh, and bring a parka!
