Question:

I would like to loose 5-10 pounds easily... help?

I know im not fat or overweight I would just like to loose 5-10 pounds for self-esteem... does anybody know any good, quick ways that arent too hard to follow?

  1. try drinking a lot of water and do cardio. cardio is supposed to help a lot. :]

    A lot of people, and not just on that site, say that drinking a few teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water before each meal(they recommend honey or sugar for taste) lowers your appetite(one on that site said they got dizzy from not eating enough). For faster results you should exercise and drink lots of water. But you really don't need a set in stone diet if this stuff really curbs your appetite. That's what I heard. The vinegar has other benefits too though apparently. It's worth a shot. If that doesn't work, diet and exercises a long with water...you should exercise the rest of you life anyway even if you don't want to lose more weight.

  4. what i did to get back in shape is i walked everywhere. instead of taking the car to just go get something a few blocks away id walk. i also started to eat much better.i know walk atleast 1mile a day. gotta fight the craves for a big mac lol. but if your like me and cant fight a crave and you have a burger king or mc donalds around walk to it. also after a month of looking for one i finally got a wii fit. i HIGHLY recommend getting a wii fit if you can find one and have a Wii . my husband has been using it for a month now and lost 15lbs he does it for 30mins a day. also he eats much better. no more junk food all the time. once a day small size is fine. but nothing more. PLUS the Wii fit is way fun it makes loseing weight fun and in the comfort of your own home :). was 140lbs 3 1/2 months ago now im 115lbs. Good luck!~

  7. um well this isn't exactly healthy but i have heard people say that if you cut all bread/pasta etc/basically carbs you can loose a bunch of weight without exercising much, i would say go talk to your doctor when you go for a back to school check up

  13. that's so easy! you can totally do that in about two months. just run for thirty minutes every three or five days, and cut out junk food and eat healthy foods! easy easy easy.
