I would like to lose weight asap! help please?

heya people!! :)

well i would like to lose a stone within 3 weeks or quicker if possible, can someone please help me!

what shall i eat day to day for breakfast lunch n dinner, help please asap! ive tried special k it doesnt work 4 me, ive exercised n dieted but that takes toooo long and i dont see much results either. please can somoene help!! x*x

  2. Eat healthy; about 1300 cals a day. Try exercising.  First, walk for 5 minutes at an easy pace to warm up. About 4.0 on a treadmill. Then speed up to 5.0 for 10 minutes, which will lengthen your stride. Increase your pace again- go to 6.0 for 5 minutes. Do walking lunges for 1 minute. Repeat 16-minute walk-jog lunge sequence. Cool down at whatever pace feels good to you. It should take about 37 minutes in total. If you decide you want to stick to that, you can amp up your speed. If you don't have a treadmill though, try marching in place pumping your arms for 2 minutes. Do knee lifts for 2 minutes, bicycle crunches for 20 seconds, shadowbox for 2 minutes, mountain climbers for 20 seconds, skip in place for 2 minutes, do jumping jacks for 20 seconds, and complete circuit for however long you want. Cool down at your own pace. That will take 23 minutes.

  3. Sorry, but you won't be able to lose that much in that space of time healthily. You can lose up to two pounds a week at the most.

    To lose one pound you need to burn 3500 calories on top of what to eat.

  4. Cut out as much bread and sugar as you can. People seem to loose a lot of weight when they cut out wheat from their diet. Also increase your intake of B-complex and Lecithin.

    You might also want to take a look at this program it helps keep and build muscle while getting rid of fat.   5. No easy fixes I am afraid, if you keep thinking in this unrealistic way you are at best doomed to fail. In fact 2 in 3 so called fad dieters like you are going to end up heavier! (University of California study.)

    What you need to succeed is both effort and willpower.

    The problem with your question is that if you look in "search for questions" it comes up 30 times every day. I have had some criticism for repeatedly using the same answer, but since I am happy with my answer, and the questions are the same, I don't see the issue with recycling the same answer.

    In practise for problems that came up on a regular basis we tended to use patient leaflets to avoid having to repeat ourselves this seemed a sensible use of resources. What follows is thus in effect me information leaflet.

    Here comes the only answer, no tricks, no pills, no short cuts, If you really want to lose weight, loose weight, not be too fat or overweight, follow these instructions carefully:-

    1) Eat less

    2) Take regular vigorous exercise

    Repeat 1 + 2 forever

  6. lol losing weight doesnt happen overnight. If you want it bad enough then you'll exercise and eat right until you see the results you want. I lost 12 pounds in 2 months by exercising 6 days a week, eating a lot of fiber, and eating a lot less calories. Try to eat about 800 - 1000 calories less then you usually do, and take some Fiber One cereal in the morning with skim milk. Theres also a Fiber One yogurt, those two combined will help ur digestive system move along and that will help you lose weight.

  7. you need to eat less and exercise more, simple as that I'm afraid there is no quick fix its a long term eating plan that you have to adopt.  

    The "no wheat" comment is good but you must eat a balanced diet with pulses and oats maybe and eat plenty of fresh fruit, vegetables and don't forget your calcium intake, low fat yoghurts are essential if you don't drink much milk.

  9. go  wheat  free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7

    p.m.  People  achieve  marvellous  results  with it. Depending on your

    initial  weight,  you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don't eat  wheat  then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't  eat  junk  food,  and  you don't eat biscuits. But your diet is

    still  balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans.
