Question:

I would like to lose weight & shape up?

Im 15 years old & would really like to lose some weight and shape up again. My current height is about 5'4 & I weigh about 127. I'v developed love handles & I think my thighs got bigger. The top half of my body from the chest up is perfectly fine. But from my stomach down to my thighs.. it's not so good. I have large thighs & a butt. My mom said my thighs are big because I dance & im starting to believe her, lol. I would like to know the best possible way to lose some weight & tone up those areas. I know its a lot, but you have no idea how much I appreciate it.

  1. ♥wow u look really skinny not fat at all, maybe try running every day, start with 10 minutes and work your way up to 30 if you can♥

    i dance TOO.

    and thats happeing to me.

    i feel like im getting biger&biger!

    im 13.

    its crazy.

    but if i flex my leg.

    the side if it is pretty hard from dance& so is my stomach.

    it jsut looks chubby at times.

    and your very good looking. man you have such a good body, you don't need to lose weight. just maintain your slim body and you'll be fine!!!
