Does the Red Cross REALLY donate your money to the place of your choice, when you ask them to, or do they just use it for whatever disaster fund they feel needs it?

I know from experience one of the best is use Word Vision  They do a tremendous job of helping others and most of the money sent goes to the needy.  You can check it out on the internet.

I am not 100% sure on if you an specify exactly where it goes or not but you may be able to. Making a donation will help though even if it does not physically go there. They have many costs for things such as equipment and other things that depend on donations before they can serve the areas that they do.

NO! Go to their website and you can choose to donate to a specific tragedy and the money from the IRC is probably one of the finest as far as recipients receiving the donations.
