I would love to make hot wings but we prefer them crispy and not soft. Please help me by providing recipes for that as well and recipe for homemade blu cheese dressing and foods which may go with the wings.

  1. this is the best brownie recipe I've ever made... Start with Hershey's Premium Baking Bar Unsweetened Chocolate. On the back is a recipe for brownies which includes 1 cup butter, 4 squares of chocolate, 2 cups sugar, 4 eggs, 1 cup of flour, and vanilla extract. Start with dry hemp leaves and grind them in a coffee grinder to a fine powder. Put in a measuring cup until ~75 ml of "green flour" is made. Fill to the 1 cup mark (250 ml) with regular flour. Proceed with recipe on box: Heat oven to 350 F, Grease 13x9x2 (inch) pan. Heat butter and chocolate and stir with wooden spoon until smooth. Stir in sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla extract and stir in flour mixture. Add nuts if desired (a very nice touch I think) and bake for 40 minutes. It seemed to take 10 minutes longer than the box suggested (30 minutes) to be completely baked through. Makes 3 dozen brownies. Take 2 and wait an hour. Take 4 and cruise for 12 hours. Enjoy!

  2. A few dainty sandwiches with a classy filling are always impressive.

A well made crust-less and seedless cucumber sandwich is beautiful.

A neatly trimmed club sandwich (3 fillings/4 slices of bread) is far more appealing that the lot between two slices of bread or a split hamburger bun.

  3. for your buffalo or chicken wings here is a tips, marinate the wings on what you prefer ie.salt pepper, garlic powder and lemon juice.drain set aside.

all purpose flour and corn flour ratio 60/40 add teaspoon of paprika season with salt and pepper.

soak the wings with milk, water and egg. just watch your quantity for how much you need.

then toss with the flour mixture fry directly in a deep fryer till golden brown.

    for blue cheese dressing-

    blue cheese or gorgonzola

    heavy or light cream

    lemon juice salt and pepper

yoghurt's is a good subtitute for cream

place them together in a jar then mix by using wirewhip

this reci[e is plain and simple hope it will help.

  4. Deviled eggs.

    Pigs in a blanket

I use little smokies and cut crescent rolls in half and roll them.

An easy dip.  Put cream cheese on a plate and cover with jelly.  I use blackberry preserves.  Serve with crackers.  I never have any leftovers.  A favorite at bridal/baby showers.

  5. Not good with crispy hot wings, but pita chips and hummus makes a good counter balance against really hot and spicy wings. I have used this recipe before:

Also, I like to grill veggies that people usually eat raw in those veggie platters. I toss them with some olive oil, salt pepper, and parmesan, grill them on foil for about 15 minutes. They usually come out good enough to eat without dip. Grill corn and cut them in half so people have smaller portions, and some wraps with romaine lettuce, fresh tomatoes, fresh basil, mozzerella, and ham or grilled chicken with some balsamic vinagrette.

  6. It's something else than your two suggestions, but it's an easy finger food and looks great!

    Your need:

    Different colored flat breads

    Cream cheese

Tuna / Salmon / Chicken / Egg salad

    Mayonnaise

    Diced celery (optional)

    Diced onion (optional)

    Salt and Pepper

    1) All you have to do is make your filling with the fish/meat/eggs

    2) take your colored flat breads and put a layer of cream cheese on each one (edge to edge all the way around)

    3) spread the topping on (about 2 cm thick or less) leaving one inch with ONLY cream cheese on one side

    4) roll tightly from the full side ending with the empty side so that it folds back over the bread to stick and hold.

    5) Cut 3/4 inch pieces and lay them out on your presentation plate!

It will make lovely colorful spiral finger food. :-)

  7. Add whatever seasoning you want on the wings..spray the cookie sheet with pam and a little on top of the wings and then bake the heck out of them! Keep an eye on them because it does take awhile like at least 45 minute to an hour..They will be nice and crispy...I hate soft wings and this is how I do it. We use a dry rub instead of a wet one! Plus they are a lot healthier for you then deep frying!
