I would like to move ASAP! How should I go about looking for a place when I had bad credit?

First off, I do have 3X the amount of income and 5 years excellent rental history. My issue is my credit. I'm disbuting a bunch of things on there right now. And no I do not have a co-singer. What should I do?

Do what I di, I look for private parties that are renting out their properties, Most of them do not run credit checks.

Check craigslist.org for youre local area & check the rental listings.

You can find, apartments, houses, mobile homes etc...

With good income and good rent history you may be ok. Explain your circumstances, pay on time without fail and be very pleasant. You'll find a place.
