I am in college right now (I have one more year until I get my Masters Degree) and i want to move to Germany(I'm thinking Mitte, near Berlin, but if there's someplace else that you think would be better, please do tell!) for about a year or two once I turn 26. You see, by then I will have my PhD and i will be a doctor. I want to get a job in Germany as a doctor, and i speak the language pretty well. I am an united states citizen. How can i stay to live there, get a car, house or apartment and work? And is it hard to find a job as a doctor in Germany? Which area do you suggest me moving to?

  1. First, I would make sure your credentials will apply in that country. If they do, I would contact some of the hospitals etc. and inquire about the possibility of working with them. I believe you will have to have this established before they will allow you to move there. Germany has pretty strict immigration laws. Work through your college or med school. They can probably help you establish contact and even get lined up for a job there.

  2. Phew, first I would take an additional english class in college, becuase your sentence structure leaves a lot to be desired.  Second, we need good doctors in the states, stay here and put your education to use.
