  1. Try "Age vitam sine ______" or simply "Vive sine ____."  The blanks are there because there's no exact Latin word for "regret."  It depends on the connotation you want. It could be "dolore" or "desiderio" or "paenitentia" (I've given the ablative case of each), depending on exactly what you mean.  The English word covers all of these shades of meaning.  I think "dolore" would probably be your best bet, although it's not perfect.
