I would like to open a current account in Belgium/Netherlands...?

Am i permitted to do this and still live in the United Kingdom??

Ik zou houden van te een in België of Nederland openen.... Word ik toegestaan dit te doen en woon nog steeds in het Verenigde Koninkrijk?

i am spanish and have a bank account in spain even though i dont live there but they did ask for a letter from the embassy to show that i am a resident else where, if you are a citizen of belgium or holland it should be ok. if your British it may be a problem. But maybe not impossible i live in Peru and hear of one bank which may let you open an account with just a passport
