I would like to open a plus size Lingerie Boutique can anyone help me with some ideas of how to do this?

I'm looking for some ideas like things I will need inside the shop, who to buy things from, people to talk to, to be able to open the boutique.

You are going to need products to sell.  Thus you will want to buy them at wholesale prices to make the most profit for your business.  But finding manufacturers and wholesalers is difficult unless you know where to look. I started out googling for wholesalers to start my business, but many were just a scam. Then I came across a great wholesaler database. I soon found out that they had contact info for millions of wholesalers for virtually any product. Thus I'm sure they would have wholesalers to help launch your lingerie business.   Buying a membership to this database was the best business decision I have ever made. I'm sure you would feel the same way. There really are some things that should not come in "plus sizes" like bikinis and lingerie.  Not a pretty sight.

You need to come up with a business plan, educate yourself about the apparel industry and, specifically, about the plus size industry. Get to know the vendors, the market, when the trade shows are, who the major retailers are, etc.

Asking about it here is not how successful businesses start.
