I used to have an sbc account and deleted that account, everything was supposed to be rolled over to my yahoo address but I cannot get into 360 or radio.

  1. UPDATE:

It is advisable to create a Y!360 space with an Yahoo ID that you activate yourself, rather than through an ISP (i.e. SBC Yahoo). Many times people lose their 360 spaces entirely when switching ISPs, as the space was developed on e-mail addresses given by those providers.

Set up a completely new account by going to any Yahoo sign-in page and clicking "Sign Up" on the lower right side (http://mail.yahoo.com , is preferred). Then, activate the 360 space for the new account here: http://360.yahoo.com . Click the "Yahoo! 360 Home" link in the upper right corner when you are done.

If you still want to use your old 360, then you will have to contact whoever promised that everything was going to be rolled over and/or contact Yahoo Customer service:

    - Contact Yahoo CUSTOMER CARE by clicking the button at the bottom of this page: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/edit/re... and ask them why the 360 part of your Yahoo account is inaccessible, then wait for their response. Although, this is customer service, so you may need to contact them a few times to get a response.  When dealing with customer service, sometimes it's necessary to be persistent.

    - Call 1-866-562-7219, 1-408-349-1572, 1-408-349-3300

    Hours: 8a-5p M-F (Pacific)

NOTE: The Y!360 team is no longer addressing bug reports, as it prepares to launch a new social-networking system. See http://blog.360.yahoo.com/product_360 for more details. The 360 team blog is also accessible via the "Yahoo! 360 News" link in the upper right corner of your 360 space.

  2. This is a situation that is very hard to fix. When switching from an ISP email to Yahoo the change over is subject to many different factors that trip a security option which will block you from your accounts.

This is one that perhaps Yahoo can fix for you or sbc, but more than likely it is your internet browser which is causing the problem.. if you are using IE 7 or 6... you might have to download a new one to get this set up correctly, without having to get a new account with Yahoo.

I would try cleaning out my browser history cache of internet files .. go to the tools option on your browser and from the drop down menu choose delete browsing history and clean out everything that shows up on the popup of options.. be sure to click on the little box to clean out anything downloaded by an active x add on your have in your browser.. this is where all those phising filter files are stored.. and those can really cause a lot of problems if it gets too full.

Then close your browser and sign back in.. hopefully with a whole new set of cookies and with an empty file cache .. perhaps it will be reset to accept the account changes.. worth a try anyway
