An old diesel car within 1 lakh will not be in a drivable condition. Extend your budget to 2-3 lakhs and go for swift diesel. But, if you are environment friendly, try not to use diesel cars. They emit Sulphur Dioxide(SO2), while petrol cars emit Carbon Dioxide(CO2). Please follow my advise.
