I would like to put one of those floating floors..wood or tile..over my wood deck on my condo. Info???

They are for interiors only.  If you put it outside it will swell and buckle.

You can put tile on it. First install ext plywood then tile it. No float floors or wood interior only.

Mike G and The One are both correct.  Floating floors are for interior use only.  And a sub floor will need to be laid over the decking planks before tile can be laid.
