I would like to retire on the beach in Arecibo, Puerto Rico..

I now live in Maryland...Spanish will not be a problem...any comments or suggestions??? Thanks!!!

On the beach?  There is no place to live there.

On Arecibo near the beach, OK.  there should be several places where to find a house in a city (a top 5 city/town in square miles for PR, not a large city in terms of population or economic activity) like Arecibo.

Well arecibo is a City, an old City and not much in residential there. But you are in one of the best locations for beach front property, but costly. Go a little further to Hatillo, Isabela and you will find more places that are very close to the beach. There is one residential park that is near the El bueno Cafe, Rosa Del Mar, and down that road. Single family homes that cost under 175,000. Nice location i thought, and close to everything.
