I would like to ship items from Japan?

i would like to ship a fridge and washing machine from Japan, can someone offer me a solution, i've tried UPS and its not working out

I think the post office accepts only the package up to 30kg...

not sure about japan.  my brother shipped items from the us to thailand on a sea freighter... if i remember they charged by the cubic meter (foot) and it was fairly expensive.
