I would like to start a business in bangalore but am not sure what line to get into..?

I am thinking of a franchise, a private restobar or a boutique.Any suggestions and how to go about the finding a good location etc.

everything sells in bangalore... if u really want to make big bucks start any sort of an eatery...ppl spend a lot of money here on eateries...try a cafe... every college student here hangs out in cafes...every single day. try jaynagar,kormangla or indranagr..

If you have enough resources, try upmarket locations like Koramangala, Indiranagat, MG Road, Commercial Street. There are such joints dime a dozen, but I guess you have something unique on offer, so I am sure they could come out cropper competing against you :-)

As central Bangalore Business District is full. You have better chances at out skarts, or in  a developing area. If you are ready to wait for some time to see profit after investing, i can see excellent scope at Ramanagara or at Devanahalli.
