I would like to start a charitable foundation; Who would you help and how?

I am trying to get an idea for a charitable foundation to start, but I would like your suggestions as to who you believe needs the most help. I would also like some suggestions about how to help them, even its a crazy idea. Thank You.

I am not the smartest man and I amaze myself with my own impulsive selfish behavior...at times, but I do have some ideas for helping others...Buildings for the homeless to rest, warm-up, or sleep or shower in- like a port-a-potty, but for those of us who need hope without democrates, or republicans harming already fragile egos with odd requirements... Or how about approaching the learning channel and history channel, and public television and that channel where all they do is rebuild or remodel homes... and getting these people to agree to provide the nations entire prison system with a cable network that teaches, and exposes people to new ideas, or how to... shows and old sit-coms and shows like Hero's with tough upbeat messages and shows with lots of emotional struggles and eventual success.

Imagine assisting all prisoners to see the world and all the beautiful aspects to people and concepts and arts while they have time to reflect... I believe we could change them, TV has it's limits, but even episodes of the Outer Limits from the 90's can be teaching tools used properly and over time. So there is the perfect answer. A cable prison network system to provide a fresh venue for changing the options available to a less fortunate person through exposure to the beauty and expanses that are human emotions and thoughts, that are sensual experiences, only through cooking and exploring an ancient Myan culture... Change happens when we reach a mind relaxed of it's pre-concieved notions... TV can dull or broaden the mind... Let's use that power for good instead of just for bread and circuses...
