I heard about a sign at a Hillary Clinton rally, husbands for Hillary.

I have searched the net and did not find anything.

Start the "Me First Party". The guiding principle would be enshrining the concept of entitlements without any need to pursue any bit of active citizenship to receive them. You would gather adherents rather quickly from everyone who thinks their neighbor is getting something from the government when they are not. Each time some politician makes an announcement of a new program your group reply will be: "What's in it for me?".
