Do your homework.  There are a lot of people out there who only want to sell you the software.  They market heavily which means there are plenty of other people out there who are trying the same thing as you.

I'm not trying to discourage you because many people have made a decent living at it.  It's just that there are a lot of people out there ready to take your money and run.
