I would like to stop from receiving any mail from yahoo alternative medicine group. how do i do this?

To unsubscribe from the list you can go to the group homepage and look for a button in the upper right hand corner of the screen that says, "Leave this Group" or send an e-mail to the group's unsubscribe address which will look something like this: [e-mail]

Yes,u can remove it,at the end of each mail from group(or any other marketing mail),you will see the link sying "you have subscribed to receive mail if you want to unsubcribe click here"you will see active link on Unsubscribe or click here,thats it,then it will open onother page to enter ur email address to remove frm database or it will give u massege there and then saying you hae been removed...
