  1. Do not listen to the whoever just answered you before me, I saw what he wrote. First of all, the top 100 schools in the world, 90+ of them are in the states, so you have a big variety to pick from which are all good/great schools.

Second, it is less expensive, not just for school, but for daily living expenses if you study in the US.

Third, you going to school abroad= you care about your education= you care about your career. In the states, once you graduate, you have a greater chance at finding a much higher paying job then in the UK. Many people from the Uk actually leaves UK to come work in the states, but its harder for them because they didn't graduate in the states.

Results: US have better education, less expensive, and a better career opportunity.

  2. Not america. Americans are rude, over weight putsies. Pick the UK, much better experience I can guarentee.

    -Unhappy American

  3. While the UK is fantastic (I'm an American who studied abroad there), it would be wise for someone not from the US to take advantage of the low dollar.

There are some fantastic schools in both the UK and US, and your money will go far with the US dollar being so low against other currencies.

It also depends on where you'd like to travel. If you already live in a European country, you might want to go to school in the US to take advantage of its many different cultures in different states and its proximity to Canada, Mexico, and Central America.

However, if you are interested in Europe, the UK is great because so much great history and culture is just a quick train, plane, or bus ride away.

Evaluate your interests and finances, and go from there! Have fun wherever you end up!

  4. It depends on what courses, and if you are an EU student, it's probably cheaper to get a degree in the UK. Also, thanks to the Bologna Treaty, a British degree will be the equivalent of any other European degree. If not, either of the countries would be worthwhile.

  5. Go to India and study in some good university there. You get good and cheap education in India.
