I would like to surf in myrtle beach during the spring..?

1. are there any places to have surf lessons.

2. is the water too cold.

there are some decent surf shops in myrtle to get lessons.

as for water temp, depends on when you are going.   March and April the water can be somewhat cold but you can always rent a wetsuit.  By May the ocean is over 70 degrees.  check out wannasurf.com and surfline.com to find out more about Myrtle.

yeah i've been surfing there look up x-treme surf shop...it depends on what water temp your used to.  the waves are great for beginners
