Unfortunately, you cannot. The only Amtrak train that carries vehicles is the AutoTrain - however, that only runs between Lorton, VA (near Washington DC) and Sanford, FL (near Orlando) and makes no intermediate stops to detrain/entrain passengers. If you did decide you'd want to travel via Amtrak to East Troy without your bike, you'd have to take the Crescent from Greensboro to Washington, DC (leaves Greensboro at 3:58 AM, arrives in DC at 10:10 AM), have about a 6 hour layover, then board the Capitol Limited for Chicago, IL (leaves DC at 4:05 PM, arrives in Chicago at 8:40 AM the next morning). You'd then have about a 2 hr layover before you'd board the Hiawatha from Chicago to Milwaukee, WI (the closest station to East Troy), getting into East Troy at 11:49 AM.
