I would like to try canning tomatoes this year for spaghetti sauce.?

This will be my first attempt, I know these are not the perfect tomatoes to use, but I am growing mostly Mortgage Lifter's & and some Celebrity. Does anyone know if these will work?

  1. they should, but Roma's are very good for canning as well.


  2. they sure will they are tasty heirlooms if i am correct .tons of recipes for canning them to  ,look up any of jackie clays  stuff tons of canning info from her
