I'm not sure that it is parachute jumping but there are parachute rides available at Guardalavaca.  Ask at your resort activities desk.

Hi...Richard K's right about checking your resort.

But in Veradero there is the International Parachuting Center where you can do 2-person jumps.

As for Guardalavaca, I'm not sure that it is available.

So maybe you can take a 2-day trip out to Veradero and see the sights there and do your parachuting instead of rushing for the day.
