Here is how you can unsubscribe from a Yahoo Group:

1.Try to unsubscribe through:

http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/groups/...

2. If this doesn't work out, send an e-mail to the group owner telling him/her to stop mailing you. ([e-mail])

If these still didn't work for you try the following options:

3. Block the address(es) or arrange your preferences so that they are sent to your bulk/spam folder.

if you want to leave several groups. Go to  see below

click edit my groups  top left- locate the  group . under the last column Leave group, tick the small box - click save changes

if you send the unsub e-mail- expect delays and you'll still get mail until it goes through
