I would like to update. i would like to update my bios (to version 901) using the ez flash utility

i would like to update my bios (to version 901) using the ez flash utility but am a little unsure how to name the file on the floppy disk my mother board is a p5n-e sli (its probably very simple but last time i buggerd my mother board some how)also it is reading as a bin file on the disk as well and not a rom file is that ok
