Do you mean you want to view a list of all the messages in the club over the last month?  If so, you might have to rejoin the club; it depends on the settings for that particular club.  Anyway, to view such a list, click on Messages on the left-hand side of the club's web page.

Do you mean you want to view a list of all the messages you've sent from your e-mail address over the last moth?  If so, there should be a folder labeled Sent or Outbox or something similar when you use your e-mail program.  Click on that folder and you will see such a list.
