Children who have non infectious diseases, (I don't wanna catch anything - I know that sounds bad, but I'm just being real). How do I go about this?

  1. go check into being a "candystripper"

you sound young so thats usually a teen type job

  2. Hospitals usually have programs where you can go read to sick children or cuddle-up a preemie. Don't worry they won't ever put you with a child who is contagious...both for your and his/her safety.

  3. Call your local hospital and ask to be a volunteer- when I was younger, I volunteered in the children's cancer ward of Children's Hospital, and it went to help out and was blessed by those precious kids

  4. I would try calling your local hospital(s) and asking if they have a volunteer department or person you could talk to because you want to volunteer.

They'll be able to let you know what they need.

In the meantime, perhaps you could google things like "ideas for volunteering at children's hospitals" and get some fun ideas of things you could do with the kids.  Or think of things that you like to do that you could share with kids- arts and crafts maybe, story telling, or magic tricks- that kind of thing.

    Good luck~
