  1. If you are not an American Citizen then Yes.  Only Americans can cross over with just a drivers liscense.

  2. Yes you do

  3. You don't need a visa to visit Canada, but if you intend to travel from Canada into the U.S, then you Will need a visa!!! Ridiculous isn't it...but thats they way it is!!

We have relatives who keep a yacht on Sarnia Marina....jus across the river from Michigan....and though we could happily sail across....we weren't aloud to land, because my husband and I didn't have visas!

Check with your local travel agent for more up to date information.

  4. of course u need it.why dont u go visit the embassy of both country u want to go and ask some questions about ur trip.

  5. depends what country issued your passport

the falls can be seen from the american side also

  6. niagara falls has a border, one side is new york, one side is ontario. you can stay on the new york side and only get a usa visa:)

  7. yes even if they r near but they r seperate states.

  8. Well, you _could_ stay on the USA side of Niagara Falls but it is really ugly on that side so you will want to cross the border to the pretty side and walk around. So even though you will spend only the day on the Canada side it would be worth getting a visa.
