  1. yes. some would need local coins. others work using call cards. be ready with the 1 and 5 peso coins. the call cards, you can buy them from the stores inside the airport.

    if 1 yea  even tho airport is crappy. but u need to make sure you have Philippine money with you to use the pay phone. i ve spent a vacation there like a month ago just arrived last 2 weeks

  4. Yeah, but if your calling internationally, it will cost you.

    In terminal 2, There is outside, near the checkpoint, and inside the terminal, by the bathrooms.

    Terminal 1, I haven't been there for a long time.....

    Terminal 3, I did not yet go there since they just opened......

  5. Yes, however not all pay phone accepts coins.  You would probably need to purchase phonecards prior to doing to NAIA.

  6. yes on both 1 and 2, there are PLDT payphones.
