Im about 5"4 & weigh about 126 pounds. I really want to lose some weight & tone up again. Im a dancer & I used to run track. I didn't run track last year & its been awhile since dance ended for last season. Im really out of shape now & I want to know specific things I can do for my problems.

Ohh & are stretch marks a sign that your fat? I have some on my sides, chest, butt, inside thighs & back near my knees. Whats a good way to make them less noticeable? My mom keeps telling me that they are from my dancing & that my skin isn't elastic.
