The on-loan Bayern Munich attacker has expressed his desire to part ways with the Allianz-Arena outfit in order to get regular first team action.
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Takashi-Usami-c34524 has confirmed that he would prefer parting ways with Bayern Munich at the end of this season, following lack of first team action. The attacker revealed that the Reds are interested in retaining him for another year
but insisted that he would prefer a move to a side where he has the chance of playing in the first team.
The midfielder stated that Bayern must assure him of a place in the starting XI if they want to extend his loan deal. Usami has had a difficult time with the Bundesliga giants since joining them on-loan from http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Gamba-Osaka-c39399 in 2011.
The player has only made one league appearance for Bayern’s senior side, but has been a regular member of the reserves squad. The http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Japan-c2928 U-22 international has been continuously impressive while playing for the reserve side, and has collected six goals and
two assists from his 14 appearances.
While talking to local publication, TZ, the 19-year-old further added:
"Bayern have expressed interest in borrowing me for an extra year. I'm not sure if it will work out this way. If I'm honest, I would rather not stay. If there is a team where I can play more and take on a greater
role, then I'd rather go there."
On the other hand, Usami mentioned that he is currently unaware of any other offers, but, would definitely consider moving to some other club by the end of this campaign. The Japanese insisted that he foresees no future for himself
at the Allianz-Arena and that he would be better off on leaving.
"I cannot say if there are other offers. But if there is a good opportunity, I'll think about it," Usami concluded.
The winger could be right in leaving the club as the Munich giants have agreed to sign Swiss international http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arjen-Robben-c6521 and Franck Ribery on
the wings in the next campaign.
