Depends on what you do and how old you are. With some jobs they have international recruitment agencies which you can find online. They organise phone interviews, go through your credentials and help you relocate over there. Some even refurbishing some of the money you spent getting there.

You have to attain a job first in order to get a visa.

Or you could try get into Uni over there if you are of that age.

Australia is better than UK just for your information :P

Given your background, it is unlikely that you will be able to move to the UK because you do not have any high-level qualifications or a specialized skill.

The easiest way is to find a company that wants you. then they will do most of the paper work for a guest worker.  Try Ireland though, they have better taxes. That's why they are attracting more businesses and jobs.
