  1. Domestic, JFK.

    International. LaGuardia.

  2. I WANT TO GO TO YANKEE STADIUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  3. JFK Laguardia or newark (NJ) are all real close

id do newark so u can beat most of the NY traffic

  4. The closest is LaGuardia, but the best is Newark -- which should tell you how bad LaGuardia and JFK are.

  5. Depends on where you're from, and where you're staying.

  6. I'm going to fly into La Guardia next week to see the Sox and Yanks. Coming from CA, for me it's easier to stay near that airport and take public transport to get around.

  7. JFK AIRPORT, RIGHT BY YANKEE STADIUM.

  8. JFK

  9. LaGuardia's closest

the Bronx is north of Queens

LaGuardia is on the north side of Queens

JFK is by the southeast edge of Queens

  10. In the city: LaGuardia.

    Outside: Newark International.

I grew up in Brooklyn, not far from JFK. Trust me, LaGuardia is closer.

  11. I have never seen so many clearly misinformed answers.  Laguardia is closer than JFK.  If you travel from JFK to Yankee stadium YOU WILL PASS LAGUARDIA.  What's that say/

As for newark as a way to beat the traffic.  No.  You will still have to deal with the traffic once you are in the city, but you face the possibility of traffic going into the city.  Public transportation is better, but figure an hour and a half.

From LaGuardia, you could take the 32 bus to 74th and Roosevelt, the #7 train to Grand central and the Northbound #4 right to the Stadium.  About 1 hour total travel time.  A cab coulld do it in about twenty minutes and cost about $25 or so.  Public transportation as described is $4

  12. JFK

  13. LaGuardia is the closest

JFK is also pretty close but will run you about a 30-45 minute ride with car.

Newark is also pretty close (like an hour and something away)

Your best bet is to do a little research on Priceline, Orbitz, Hotels.com and other sites to try and find where you can get the best price.

  14. JFK would be the Number #1 choice.
