ok i asked earlier if it was normal to have stretchy clear ewcm 3 days before your period but now i just went to the bathroom and it was white not think but very watery ..i usually never have that just days before my period is this normal.

I hope this isn't TMI, but here it goes....

I have quite a bit of CM most of the time, and it increases right before my period.  The most important thing when charting your fertility is figuring out what CHANGES in YOUR CM signify fertile mucous. For me, it was never really watery, but was milky and stretchy. The best indicator was how stretchy it was. So it takes a bit of time to figure out. If you are unsure, ovulation predictor tests are great to confirm when you are ovulating. Record everything on a calendar and you will start to see a pattern that is unique to you.

You generally get the Egg White Cervical Mucus (EWCM) when you're most fertile (right around the time of ovulation). If you're getting it now that might suggest that ovulation was delayed for one reason or another. Once the EWCM changes then theoretically your fertile window is closed.

As far as the white discharge.. I'm trying to figure out the same thing. I have creamy lotion like discharge and I think I ovulated on Monday... so we're both in the dark there. But as far as the EWCM you might have ovulated later than you expected.
