There's no understanding what one can't relate to, and it's impossible

to relate to any one of different generations without being suspected

of bad motives, i was accepted when i was younger and playing in a

rock band, but then again, they were the peers of my age group, today

i'd be looked upon as a misfit or worse if i tried to relate to younger

musicians, male or female, i use to teach music also years ago, but

the way things are  today, it's no wonder the term called generation

gap, is very much alive and well as it has always been, even in the

past, old and young don't respect each other, it's just as simple as

that, there's no connection not that i'm surprised, i mean what with all

the stereotyping that goes on in todays society, to connect with teens

is looked upon as a taboo in our society . . .

I'd say todays generation is on to something, for the first time in years

it's as though they can sense something isn't just wrong with life, but

even worse, there's some kind of transition taking place as though they

were being used as pawns in a game of chess . . .

There'll never be complete understanding of each other cause there'll

never be complete acceptance of one another, we'll accept fads and

trends and distorted phiosophies of the most outlandish proportions,

and yet have very little tolerance toward each other as a spices . . .

Today's generation doesn't need understanding - they need spelling.

Do we need to understand todays generation? Yes, just as we need to understand every generation to make thing work with less friction between the generations.

Does the generation of today need to understand other generations? Yes, for the same reasons as above.

If not understanding between generations the understanding of how the world works and functions. Well, we all need that to have good lives.
