During that time i have travelled to the USA, Brazil without any problems. I was refused entry because i was travelling with a temporary passport so UK customs were not convinced i was comming on holiday so they refused me(At the time i had just graduated from high school, so did not have any idea about the requirements about entering countries). I am trying to find out whether or not that would be a problem if i went to Australia?

I have NO criminal convictions and i have NEVER been deported....

Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks

  1. Check with Australian authorities and explain this situation on declaration form.

Use their site and send them an Email using their "contact US" button.

  2. The "official" answer to your question comes from your emabassy not here. Don't you want to avoid problems again?

  3. Answer one is correct ,use the embassies  make them earn their keep..A good travel agent would also guide you

  4. Contact their embassy.

  5. What's your thinking - that the Australian immigration authority will have a question "Have you ever been refused access to a Commonwealth Country?". Hmm. Have a look here:

    http://www.immi.gov.au/media/fact-sheets...

    I personally doubt it.
