I wrote an e-mail on my friends computer, after i finished, i signed out.?

Question

is there ANY way at all that anyone could read the e-mail i sent? I dont kno much about computers. If my friend got someone in to clean up her pc, could they retrieve my e-mail?

If you did sign out, so its ok, but also, you must uncheck the ( Remember me ) before login into your email, if you did check it, so when you he open yahoo, he will go direct to your mail, so just make sure about this point, and too you can just change your password from your computer, so he cant open it again....
