i have got a bulging flab on my upper arms n it looks really very ugly. wht shud i do? i mean wht kind of exrcise wud hlp me? plz hlp

  1. WEIGHTS AND PUSH UPS! those are the ony thing that are gonna help you, do them everyday:)


  2.   Exercise overall would help (cardio, weights).  Doing weights for your shoulders may tone up that area.

      Also, in order not to emphasize "arm flab", don't buy the shirt too tight so it's not squeezing that area.  And don't worry about what other people think.  If you think you look good in that shirt, that's all that matters. (:

So what, wear what you like.  If people don't like it, they don't have to look!  Don't dress differently because of what others might think!  This is YOUR life, wear what you want to wear.  Why would you give other people that much power over you?  I mean you can fix it with the exercises, but don't not wear things because of what others might think, they aren't perfect either!!

    or you could get a shirt that shows off your shoulder area and has sleeves.

    cuz no matter how skinny or fat you are you will have that.

    I am a size 2 and I have a weird bulge thing kinda by my shoulder and arm pitt...
