I130 Visa Processing...........?

Hi I just recieved the approval notice for the I130 visa, what is the next step and how long does it take for the interview? Thanks.

You have not given extensive details of your application and where  was it submitted. If you are overseas, the US consulate will contact you for a interview and further processing.

probably at least 4-6 months. Once your petition has arrived at the National Visa Center, they'll contact you directly. And they'll ask you for an affidavit of support and a fee to process it. reply and fill it out properly as soon as possible, as the longer you take, the longer you'll wait. Once they've done their bit, they'll send it on to the embassy for an interview, however, your wife will get more forms to fill out, she'll need police clearances and an immigration physical, so there's still work to be done, Petition approval is only the first step, although usually it's the longest part.
