I'd go for a Haro F2 '08

£150 or about $280

But it's a brilliant beginner BMX that comes with pegs.

I teeny tiny bit heavy but is generally a great bike.

But i'd go for the Hoffman, it has pegs and you want a bike less than 30lbs for a beginner. They both are but the hoffman comes with more stuff and looks much better.

They are both good bikes for a beginner. I would personally go with the Hoffman. Its a solid bike for a beginner it does have pegs, the stolen does not. These bikes are both new, have you considered used bikes? You could get a better bike for cheaper if your on a budget. Another great website other than Dans is Bmx Unlimited.
